EXCHANGE AND RETURN
 

All our products except hats are not subjects to exchange or return. 
Golesorkh Co. creates handmade custom designs. We try to provide as detailed description as possible to satisfy our customers. 
This is possible only under the condition that the product was damaged or was not created for the size the customer required.

Hat products can be sent for restoration within 5 years from moment hat was purchased/ordered. As we include 5 year warranty within every hat we create.

In any of following cases our team will be glad to assist you and provide all the details to create a refund or exchange.
